What personal data do we collect?

When you place an order on wilkens.com, we collect the personal data you register with us so that we may process your order. When you sign in as a user, we register your e-mail address so that we may send you our newsletter and other information.
We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

Only a limited number of employees at Wilkens have access to your personal data, i.e. the employees receiving and processing your subscription or order.

Your personal data are stored unencrypted in our web hotel, and they are sent unencrypted over the internet. We do not have access to and do not keep your payment card data. Your payment card data are sent via a secure, encrypted connection.

How long do we keep your personal data?
We will keep your personal data for a minimum of 5 years after your last dealing with us. After that, we will automatically delete your personal data.
